Asian Saddle

A Saddle is a seat that a rider uses to fasten his/her backside so that it became easy to ride from hill station. This saddle design protects a rider as well a rider fell relax after sitting on this soft seat.  This saddle used from ancient time and nowadays there is a good market of saddle. During this long time it has taken many form and several design become popular such Australian saddle, Asian Saddle, Western Saddle, English Saddle etc. There is a good craze of horse riding in Asia and those people has been using saddle for facilitating there horse ride. Asian saddle design is supposed to one of the best saddle design among the horse rider all over the world.

Saddle in Asia had been used from several thousand years. The modern Asian saddle can be divided mostly into two categories these are Central Asian saddle and East Asian saddle. Central Asian Saddle has designed with leather cover and also has a prominent horn. These saddles are known for their wide seat and high horn. Central Asian Saddle has a base of wood with thin leather that has a lacquer finish. This saddle must be ridden with a saddle blanket. The horn in this design has particularly good use during the rough horseback.

The East Asian Saddle is different from that of the Central Asian Saddle by their cantle, high quality pommel, and lack of horn. This saddle is further divided again into several categories that are associated with different nationality and ethnic groups. Saddle that is used by Japanese is covered in a thick lacquer finish and the Chinese saddle is noted by the use of inlay work for ornamentation and Indian Saddle has colorful lacquer work with having a leather cover. The Indian Saddle is also known for their high angle and depth that protect a rider from fallen.
